Members are solely responsible for ensuring that they do not share any PHI or patient-identifiable information through the Platform’s community features, messaging systems, or any other Platform functionality. Sharing PHI through the Platform may violate HIPAA and other applicable privacy laws and could result in immediate account termination.

Do not post, share, or discuss any patient-specific or Protected Health Information on this platform. The Platform’s community features are for professional networking and education only.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Platform is intended for licensed healthcare professionals and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a minor, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
